World VIP Limo is a proud leader in transportation services in the New York City area. If you are unable to find all the answers to your questions in our website you are encouraged to contact us by phone or by email, we will respond to your questions and inquires in a prompt manner. For your convenience we have included some answers to common questions.

Will I be billed for making the car wait?

Based on the service and car type booked each customer is allotted an amount of free time. Our dispatchers will keep an eye on all flight arrivals to insure that delayed flights are picked up on time and that early arrivals are picked up regardless. The allotted wait time is as follows:

  • Sedans – 30 free minutes on domestic and international flights.
  • Limos- 30 free minutes on domestic flights and 50 free minutes on international flights.
  • Vans - 30 free minutes on domestic and 50 free minutes on international flights.
  • Mini-vans - 30 free minutes on domestic and international flights.

How will I know when my car has arrived? Who is my driver?

You driver will be in uniform (suit and tie) and will hold a sign with your name (or party name). This is called a”meet and greet” and is included for all airport pickups. For other pickups one of our dispatchers will contact you as to where your limo is. If an alternate method of contact is preferred it can always be discussed with our support team.

What vehicles can I expect?

Our vehicles are all new 2011 models. We feature luxury sedans such as Cadillac’s and Lincoln Town cars in black or white colors. Our Limousine fleet features the Lincoln Town Car, also in either black or white. Each limo is outfitted with TV, VCR and CD players. Full bar includes soft drinks and hard liquor (when requested). Luxury Vans are available for up to 10 passengers and luggage. Minivans provide transport for 4 passengers and 6 suitcases.

What is your credit card processing policy?

We charge your card on the day that that the reservation is made. You can arrange payment for family or relatives online.

What I am unable to arrival at a reservation in time?

If you are a “No Show” for your reservation you will still be charged in full. You may either call to inform the driver that you need to be picked up at a different time or location. Or you may call to cancel the reservation.

What is your policy on canceling a reservation?

To avoid being charged for a reservation you must call us to cancel over the phone. It must be done at least 24 hours in advanced of the reservation time. You must provide the confirmation number upon each cancellation. Cancelations are handled only on weekdays from 10am to 8Pm.

Do you provide a Guarantee of Service? After you have received a confirmation number you are guaranteed to have a car waiting for you at the reserved time and place. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance with a valid credit card).

What are your hourly rates?

We do offer By the Hour (BTH) or As Directed (A/D) rates. For this service we have a minimum hourly booking. They are as follows:

  • 2 HRS. Min on weekdays (Mon – Thru)
  • 3 HRS. Min on weekends (Fri – Sun.)
  • 5 HRS. Min any time you travel outside the greater city limits of NYC.
